Outbound that starts from a buying signal

Your agent maps how your buyers talk, finds the people posting about your problem this week, verifies their emails, drafts in your voice and sends from your own inboxes. Our first campaign: 411 contacted, 11.4% replied, 4 meetings.

Most cold email starts from a list. Someone bought or scraped a few thousand names that match a job title, and every one of them gets the same sequence. By the time the email lands, the list is months old and nobody on it asked for anything. That is why the average cold email gets a reply around 3.4% of the time.

AG2 Space starts somewhere else: with the people who are posting about the problem you solve, this week, in their own words. Then your agent does the rest of the job a GTM team would do, and stops at every point where a person should decide.

We ran our own outbound this way. One campaign: 411 people contacted, 47 replies, an 11.4% reply rate, and 4 meetings booked, each backed by a calendar invite. Researching and writing those emails by hand would have taken about 68 hours. Approving them took a few.

1. Map how your buyers talk

Everything starts with a map, built once per offer. You describe what you sell and who it is for in three or four sentences. The mapper splits that audience into segments, invents hundreds of ways each segment might describe the moment they need you, and tests about 400 of those phrasings against real LinkedIn posts.

What comes back is a measurement, not a keyword list. Every phrasing carries how often it surfaces real buyers instead of other sellers, sample people it found, and an estimate of how many fresh, sendable people that audience produces each week. That last number is the one to read before spending anything: a broad founder audience can carry hundreds a week, while a niche that sounds perfect in a strategy doc can turn out to hold a handful.

2. Pull the people posting now

A pull turns the map into people. You say how many you want, and you pay per qualified lead delivered. It harvests fresh posts from the phrasings that work, scores every author from 1 to 10 against your ideal buyer with the reasoning written out, and keeps only people in the countries you chose. People you have already contacted are subtracted, so a pull only returns who is new to you.

For a second, much bigger audience, your agent can also mine the people commenting on those posts: someone replying "same problem here" under a pain post is a buyer too, and their comment becomes the opening line.

3. Verify every email

Before anyone gets an email, each lead is enriched into a real record: a work email checked with a live verification pass and graded by confidence, their title and company, their recent posts word for word, and ready-made personal hooks. Only high- and medium-confidence emails ever reach a send, so bounces do not burn your domain.

4. Draft in your voice

Every email starts from what that person actually wrote. Each draft is scored by an editor on the things that earn replies and revised until it clears the bar. By default your agent drafts with the offer that already has real reply history, and it will not quietly test an unproven one on a big batch.

5. Launch from your own inboxes, on your say

Sending runs on your Mac through your own Smartlead or Instantly account, so your sending identity never leaves your hands. Your agent builds the campaign, splits verified and catch-all addresses into separate lanes so one never drags the other down, assigns mailboxes, sets the schedule and runs preflight checks.

Then it stops. Nothing sends until you say go.

6. Replies drafted, meetings booked

Every morning your agent sweeps the replies and posts into your room: what came in, what it already handled, and what needs you. Auto-replies and out-of-office messages are filtered out. Each genuine reply is classified and answered with a draft that waits for your approval.

The one thing it acts on alone is an opt-out. Anyone who says stop, in any wording, is unsubscribed and added to a permanent do-not-contact list that every future pull, enrichment and draft is checked against.

It gets sharper with every campaign

Replies and booked meetings flow back upstream. The drafting learns what your audience actually answers, offers are graded on real sends and meetings, and the map learns which phrasings produce repliers and which produce silence, so the next pull is cleaner without you tuning anything.

It also tells you the truth when something is off. A campaign with replies but a low rate is a copy question. A campaign with zero opens across every send is a delivery problem, and your agent says so instead of rewriting emails that were never seen.

The guardrails, in one place

  • Nothing sends without you. Drafts, replies and launches all wait for approval.
  • Opt-outs are permanent and enforced on our servers, not by an agent's memory.
  • Deliverability is protected by default. Low-confidence emails never send, and campaigns pause automatically on bounce spikes.
  • Countries are a hard gate, checked when people are found, again before any email lookup is paid for, and again before drafting.

Get started

The finding, enriching and drafting run as cloud tools in the Marketplace, and they are priced per result: you say how many leads you want, and you pay per qualified lead found, per verified email and per sendable draft, never more than you asked for. Whatever is not delivered is refunded. Sending and replies run as local skills on your Mac with your own Smartlead or Instantly key. Tell your agent what you sell and who it is for, and it builds your first map.

On AG2 Space 0.6.10 and newer, the fastest start is to send your Sutando the link to the GTM guide. It installs and activates everything the pipeline needs in one go, then walks through it with you.
