Fifteen months of email, triaged in four minutes

Email Triage Pro reads your whole inbox, archives what does not need you where you can always get it back, and hands you one short digest twice a day.

We pointed it at one real inbox: 6,000 threads and 7,743 messages going back fifteen months. It read every thread in 216 seconds, archived 5,954 of them, and left 46 that actually needed a person.

That is Email Triage Pro, a local skill for your Sutando.

One digest, twice a day

Your agent reads every thread with its date in view, decides what needs you, and archives the rest on the server, so every mail app stays in sync. Nothing is deleted, and every archive can come back.

Twice a day you get one short digest. Each item has a short tag, so you can answer in a few words: bring back A3, draft D1. Say a rule once, like "always archive support@ mail addressed to me", and it files the rule and applies it.

The money and deadlines buried in your mail

The same pass pulls out what you would otherwise miss: receipts, subscriptions and their renewal dates, a failed payment, a tool about to delete your data, a security alert. On that one inbox it found 95 receipts, 10 subscriptions and one failed payment nobody had noticed.

Your mail stays on your Mac

It runs on your own Mac and reads your Gmail directly. The only thing that leaves is the judging call to the model, under your own Gemini key; a 6,000-thread first sweep costs under a dollar.

Get started

  1. Send your Sutando the link to the mailbox triage guide and it installs Email Triage Pro for you (AG2 Space 0.6.10 and newer), or install it from the Marketplace.
  2. In any room, tell your agent "triage my inbox". It asks one question about how to read your Gmail and sets itself up.
  3. Read the first digest. From then on it arrives twice a day, and every answer you give it makes the next one better.
